How do I make a box reservation?
You can make a box reservation directly from this website www.conciergevolution.it/prenotazione or by going directly to our depot equipped with a credit card. You will need this to both open the door and pay for your space.
How much does it cost to reserve a box?
There are 3 different types of boxes, precisely because we have thought about the various needs of our customers.
Should you decide to reserve your box on-site, the rates will be the same as those found directly on the website. Our prices include credit card fees and service charge. The prices can be found on the box reservation page and you can also find them displayed in the storage room.
Are my luggage safe?
Conciergevolution is the safest place to leave your luggage.
You yourself store your bag or suitcase inside the locker you reserved it for. No one, outside outside of you, is aware of the 8-digit code needed to open it. The locker has both an alarm connected to Verisure, as well as CCTV cameras. There is, in addition, coverage on what is deposited in case of damage, theft or vandalism amounting to 300 euros per piece of luggage.
NB. Remember that Conciergevolution is not responsible for the items deposited, except for the value covered by the insurance. We cannot know what is stored inside the boxes, but we can assure you that we have adopted the best alarm and surveillance systems to ensure you have a peaceful stay. In addition, with code or credit card opening, we prevent disreputable people from enter the interior of the depot. We have also provided an SOS button connected to the security and the fire department.
What should I do after making a reservation?
Once you have made selected the type of box you need, you will need to enter an email or cell phone on which you will receive the 8-digit code needed to open the locker. Before making the payment, verify that you have received the code. Once you reach the locker, type “Open your locker” from the totem and enter the locker number and the code you received by email and deposit your luggage. Please note: Once you have closed the locker, should you decide to reopen it ahead of time, you will terminate your reservation and will have to make a new one by repaying the amount.
What should I do if I haven’t received the email with my locker number?
Checkthe Spam folder of your email inbox. If you do not find the order confirmation email containing the details of your reservation (Personal Code) contact our service center – Rome to ensure that the reservation was successful successful and to receive your Order details again.
What payment methods are accepted?
It is possible to pay by credit and debit card.
Our systems accept all major international circuits. Not it is possible to pay in cash.

During which time slots can I store and pick up my luggage?
Luggage deposit and pickup is allowed only during store hours.
The opening hours are: from 7:00 am to 1:00 am.
What happens if I am late and do not pick up my luggage in time?
For security reasons, the store is closed during night hours, so if you do not pick up during the hours opening hours, you can pick up your luggage the next day after the store opens. If you need to collect your baggage for a real emergency, you can contact the numbers +393517179271 which will deactivate the alarm and let you enter the deposit.
Once I have deposited my luggage, can I reopen my locker?
Once you have closed your locker, should you decide to reopen it ahead of time, you will terminate your reservation and you will have to make a new one by repaying the amount for the duration you set.
When is the payment made?
When booking the box on site you can choose how many hours you need.
When you pick up your luggage, the system calculates the cost of the service based on the hours you use the box. Once you have made payment, of any overrun time, you can pick up your luggage.
How can I be sure that my locker will not be opened by others?
At the time of booking, you are asked to enter an 8-digit personal code for reopening the box without which it cannot be reopened. Only the user of the locker is aware of the secret opening code.
Please memorize the chosen code in order not to run into any unforeseen problems when picking up your luggage.
